The history

From Domenico Madile's plans to today

  1. 1907On 15 October 1907 the town of Brunico approves the plans for the house that Domenico Madile builds for himself.
  2. 20th c.For many years the villa houses Brunico's tax office, then becomes a residence.
  3. 1987On 24 August 1987 the villa is listed as a protected monument (provincial government resolution no. 5082).
  4. 2026After the renovation, Villa Santer Apartments opens: nine apartments on the ground, first and second floor.
